Terms, Conditions and Policies
- Please allow up to 2 business days for gallery delivery.
- Agents will be provided 2 sets of image files via online gallery. One file is sized for MLS, the other file is sized for social media.
- Please provide lock box code or plan to be present if home is not vacant. For the safety of the photographers, photographers will not meet homeowners alone.
- Agents will be invoiced the day before the scheduled session.
- Please make sure there is accessible electricity to the house. Photographers will need to use lights.
- Please make sure the house is clean and free of clutter.
- Please have any pets contained for the duration of the session.
- Please download and save images promptly. I do not store images after 1 week of delivery.
- Please make sure homeowners are aware of our scheduled session and that their homes are ready to shoot.
- Photographers do not remove, or organize any personal hygiene items including but not limited to: towels, toilet items, toothbrushes, hair products, shower items, laundry, washcloths, etc. Please make sure these items are stored out of sight for the session.
- For best lighting please have homeowners open blinds, turn on overhead lights and turn off ceiling fans.
- Please arrange for cars to be parked away from the house.
